Alzheimer’s & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana is a not-for-profit, charitable, tax-exempt organization, dedicated to family support, education, advocacy, and raising community awareness of Alzheimer’s Disease and  related dementia.  We offer the following services, most without fee or charge,  for the benefit of individuals, their families and friends, caregivers, and the community.

Providing Help and Hope to Alzheimer’s and Dementia Families” is Alzheimer’s & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana’s motto.  Through the help of dedicated volunteers and family members, we strive to bring help and hope to the 1 in 10 families that have a relative with dementia and the 1 in 3 older adults who know someone with the disease.  For more information, contact our office.
